E-commerce in Italy is on the rise: In 2017 it was worth €21.2 billion, in 2018 it will be worth more than €23 billion – a growth rate of 9%. Over the past ten years, Austria has tripled the number of active etailers. Last year, there were 9,000 online stores in the German-speaking country nestled in the Alps. But the British online fashion retailer Next will now change its free-return policy and start charging custumers for sending back items through a courier or a Hermes Parcel Shop. more
